I'd tell them to fuck themselves, give me the '88 back, and to call you when they have another Grabber Blue in. If not, tell them you're going to get a lawyer...that'll clear things up for them real quick.

Tell them you'll spend the 30K on a Grabber Blue, just not on a 2010, but on the new 2011.
Why are people still buying 2010's?!?!

Go straight to the Better Business Bureau and explain the situation. You bought the car, which means Arrow is legally bound to give you what you bought.
I would call the actual owner of Arrow and throw around words like "fraud" and "lawyer"...I bet you get your car.
Edit: Between this, reading about others' experiences, and my own; Arrow seems to be a shady, small-town place to be avoided if you want honesty and quality work from a dealership.

Exactly. The BBB is EVERYONE'S friend in a situation like this. I'd take that shit traight to the top and definitely throw out the word lawyer a time or ten even if you don't ever intend to lawyer up.
