Tuner needs to be unlocked.
If you can also let me know what tunes you have and where from I'd appreciate it.

If you want a tuner to be unlocked to use on your car, the tunes from another car will not work for yours.

If your tuner is locked, you'll probably have to send it in to the manufacturer to get unlocked.

I dunno if its unlocked or not but I have a diablo that I aquired and a c&l cold air I could bare to part with
