I don't care what they are, whether they are stock Bullitts or not, I just need a set of 17" wheels & tires, on the cheap. I'm finding it's hard as shit to sell the Bullitt asking potential buyers to pay what I want for my powdercoated wheels & new tires... lol. I have a potential buyer I'm working with right now and he doesn't care what I put on there, so the cheaper the better... I would take a set of V6 16"s but they won't fit over the Bullitt brakes/calipers...
If you have anything, or know where I can get some, please let me know!
Thanks,
Rich

He's got 18x9/18x10.5 awesome black powder coated Bullitt wheels on his car. I'm guessing he is having a hard time getting for his car what he wants with the wheels on it, so he wants a set of stockish wheels to replace them with to get rid of his car quicker and sell the wheels/tires he has on there now separately.

I'm a little attached to those wheels/tires, considering what's invested in them ($2100 - wheels, tires, powdercoating, mounting and balancing), and I am finding it just a little difficult to sell the Bullitt with them on it, at least asking what I am asking. I figured if I throw a set of stock'ers on there, it'll sell.
I got a hell of an offer from a guy on Mod Rev for a set of stock Bullitt wheels with tires, so I'm trying to take him up on those.
Brown, what were you looking at for those Mach1 wheels? Got a full set or just a couple you're looking to get rid of? Outside of what I need for the Bullitt, I still have one of my original FR500's here, and would like to have a Mach1 wheel to add to the collection... for future decorating purposes... lol.

http://www.dfwstangs.net/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=117255&cat=14&date=1198284912Thanks for the link dude. I'm not sure those would fit over the Bullitt calipers? Etiher way, like I just mentioned, I have a set of Bullitts (possibly) offered to me on Mod Rev. Hopefully that works out!
Thanks for looking out though! I can't believe how many folks have PM'd me or texted me with links to wheels for sale since I posted this on all the forums... lol. I do love the Mustang community!! :headbang2:

Rog...
Well, the awesome deal I thought I had on a stock set of Bullitts fell through. But I talked to the newest potential buyer on the phone tonight, and he suggested something I hadn't thought of yet, and that's just throwing a set of donuts on the car for transport purposes. So I'll be going to the junkyard on FM600 tomorrow morning to see what I can round up. The guy did ask how much more I was asking to include the Bullitts on there, though, so that may still be a possibility. He's gonna try and call me again tomorrow I guess. Either way, he's not interested in the additional big bore parts I was trying to sell, so maybe I can convince Matt to put the parts all together and turn around and sell a big bore 2v shortblock... :)

Mine have been sitting exposed to the elements for months and it would only take a quick wipe down with a wet rag to return them to looking as good as they did the day I picked them up from the powdercoating shop. :cool2: It is expensive though, with that you are correct...
