1970 Mach 1 Orange w/ Black stripes:
(First muscle car that made me fall in love with stangs. Almost bought one that was orange with black stripes with my own money but father would not let me years ago) I vow to own this exact car some day.

Okay, guess I gotta enter mine into the mix! 66 GT 'Vert w/Dart Iron-Eagle Siamese Block with Eagle Billet 363ci Stroker Kit, Diamond Pistons & Custom Torque Grind Roller Cam. I like Edelbrock stuff for street: Performer Heads & Intake with new 1806 Carb & ZEX 100 NOS. Billet MSD Distributor, Coil & 6AL, Hooker Ceramic Long Tubes, Doctor Gas X-Pipe & Stainless Magnaflows. Built T-3550 to Limited Slip 3.55 gears in Eight Inch Rear w/HD Suspension & Traction Bars. Saws-All'd Radiator Support allowed larger '68 3-Row Griffin w/Twin Electric Fans, Moroso 7 QT Pan w/Oil-Kooler, Kool Flow Water Pump & 160 Degree Fail-Safe Thermastat. Rod & Custom Coil-Over Suspension (no shock towers), Power Rack & Pinion Steering, Global West Sub-Frame Connectors w/HD Front & rear Sway Bars. Torque Thrust Wheels (15" front & 17" rear).

I was looking on eBay Motors and saw a REAL NICE 67 Fastback that reminded me a lot of Steve McQueen's 68 "Bullet"! I was searching around to see pics of the original 'Stang used in the chase scene and found it on www.mustangsource.com (http://www.mustangsource.com) but then I read about the fact that they crushed...CRUSHED(!) the one they used in the chase but didn't crush the one used for the "glamor shots". It had been sold to one of the Movie Company people and later sold again. Then, and this part made me physically ill, some IDIOT:loser:bought the thing & wouldn't sell it to Steve McQueen when he tried to buy it not long before his death (even for what I bet would have been a BIG PROFIT)?!! So then he put it in a barn & let it RUST...ARGGG!:chairshot: Someone got in & saw it as it sits, rusting away in that barn (the site has painful to read details on it's condition but don't read it if you don't have a strong stomach)! :badmood:
