Rattle in exhaust

I have a 94 v6 with flowmasters on it and when I get to a certain rpm it rattles and sounds like something is loose but I looked and everything appears ok any ideas on how to stop it?

Could be a baffle inside the muffler.

Is there any way to check that without having to pay some one or without taking anything off or out?

Check your hangers.

I got new tips put on and they re welded it but it still does it so I have no clue
